President-elect Yoon Seok Yeol's guest appearance on tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' continues to make headlines, 2 days after the episode aired back on April 20. 

According to numerous insider reports, 'You Quiz on the Block' hosts Yoo Jae Suk and Jo Se Ho were not aware of president-elect Yoon Seok Yeol's guest appearance on the show until the day of the recording. A large portion of the filming staff and crew were seemingly not aware of the event until the day, either, stirring up more controversy. 

In fact, during Yoon Seok Yeol's segment on the April 20 broadcast of 'You Quiz on the Block', Yoo Jae Suk could not hide his shock at the sudden appearance of the nation's president-elect. He stated, "In truth, this is an overwhelming situation. I am flustered. The mood in here is very uneasy. Everyone is solemn."

Furthermore, throughout Yoon Seok Yeol's segment, neither Yoo Jae Suk and Jo Se Ho displayed any strong reactions and rarely smiled. Even when Yoon Seok Yeol joked, "Maybe I shouldn't have come," the two hosts laughed rather hesitantly, and the mood of the room was not lightened.

After the broadcast, the phrase "Yoo Jae Suk's facial expression" began trending in South Korea. Many netizens agreed, regardless of their political inclinations, "I've never seen Yoo Jae Suk with such a tight, uncomfortable expression."

Other comments included, "The fact that one of the most veteran MCs in the entertainment industry can't keep his facial expression controlled... that says enough about how crazy this whole situation is", "Regardless of the reason, the fact that the MCs and other crew members were not notified about the situation in advance is incredibly rude and problematic", "It's extremely rare to see Yoo Jae Suk with that kind of expression", "Yoo Jae Suk honestly looked pissed the whole time", and more. 

Currently, the Yoon administration is facing criticism over allegations of "ordering" the production staff of 'You Quiz on the Block' to allow Yoon Seok Yeol on the show, in light of recent comments made by the outgoing administration.
