The past of Lee Eun Hae, a suspect in the ‘Gapyeong Valley Murder Case,’ who is accused of murdering her husband in conspiracy with her lover to collect insurance money, has been revealed.

On the 30th, Incheon District Prosecutors' Office's Detective Division 2 announced that they would put Lee Eun Hae (Age 31) and her boyfriend, Jo Hyeon Soo (Age 30), on the public wanted list.

According to the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office, the two fled while under investigation without detention on charges of murder, attempted murder, and attempted violation of the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud.

Accordingly, the Incheon District Prosecutor's Office issued an arrest warrant for the two people for the murder of Lee Eun Hae's husband, Mr. Yoon (age 39 at the time of death), who died in Yongso Valley in Gapyeong in June 2019 and the two were put on the public wanted list.

Shortly after, the name, age, and face of Lee Eun Hae were revealed. Soon, various online communities and social media were filled with captured photos of a specific episode of the entertainment program 'Sunday Sunday Night - Love House,' which was aired on MBC in March 2002.

This was because netizens claimed that the female student who appeared in the program was Lee Eun Hae.

In the photo captured from the broadcast of 'Love House,' Lee Eun Hae is in the 6th grade of elementary school and appeared with her disabled parents.

Surprisingly, at the time, Lee Eun Hae was a filial daughter who was not shy about doing hard work for her mother and her father, even though she was living a difficult life as a recipient of welfare.

In particular, Lee Eun Hae received praise from the viewers when she saw her neatly renovated house and vowed, “Later when I grew up, I will give help to others in need as much as I received.”

Netizens who came across the video were shocked to see Lee Eun Hae, who grew up in a completely different from her childhood.

Meanwhile, the prosecution believes that Lee Eun Hae and her accomplice Jo Hyeon Soo made the victim Yoon, who could not swim at all, dive into the deep waters and then did not rescue him and left him to die.

In fact, as a result of the investigation, it was reported that the two claimed to have been rejected by the insurance company for 800 million KRW (~661,844 USD)in life insurance in Yoon's name five months after his death.
