On October 1, Oh My Girl's Arin and TOMORROW x TOGETHER's Soobin, affectionately known by viewers as "A-Kong", bid farewell to KBS2's 'Music Bank' after a year and 2 months. 

Arin and Soobin previously joined KBS2's 'Music Bank' as the program's MCs in July of last year. After the October 1 broadcast, Arin and Soobin will be retiring from their MC positions, returning to their respective groups. 

While the two stars shared some farewell remarks at the end of the October 1 episode of 'Music Bank', the idols once again shared their thoughts of gratitude. 

First, Arin shared the last set of selcas she took with her co-MC Soobin via her Instagram, and wrote, "During the 1 year and 2 months, which may seem long for some but short for others, thank you so much for loving us keepers, MCs A-Kong.. Suddenly, I'm reminded of when I first started out as MC A-Kong.. I lacked in so many ways and was so inexperienced, but yet, everyone still cheered us on and showed us love, so thank you. I had a great time, and I was so happy. Thank you."

Next, TOMORROW x TOGETHER's Soobin relayed his personal thoughts via his label Big Hit Music. He said, "I had so much fun during the time I spent as the MC of 'Music Bank'. It was a time where I could learn so much and grow by meeting so many sunbae and hoobae artists up close. I would like to say thanks to the production staff members of 'Music Bank', who always greeted me so warmly and took good care of me, as well as each of the viewers who watched over me. I will continue to cheer for 'Music Bank' now as a viewer."

Meanwhile, starting next week, two brand new MCs will be taking over 'Music Bank' - former IZ*ONE member Jang Won Young and ENHYPEN member Sunghoon.
