BTS Jimin, the lead vocalist and the main dancer in BTS was reported to replaced around 1200 tables for his juniors in Busan High School of Art. The donation was made secretly by Jimin during his winter vacation. This however is not the first time Jimin contribute to his alma mater. Last year, he donated 100 million won to Busan Metropolitan Office of Education for students who came from low-income families in Busan area. He also donated uniform and even gave out BTS signed albums to several students. Jimin was admitted to Busan High School of Art back in 2011 to studied contemporary dance and was recognized as a top student in the modern dance department. Shortly after that Jimin went for an auditioned for BigHit Entertainment and was the only one who got accepted. 6 months after becoming a trainee, he debuted as the lead vocalist and the main dancer for BTS. Jimin is among the very few idols who debut after a very short trainee period.
