On February 20, freshly debuted rookie idol group TREI appeared as guests of MBC's 'Idol Radio'!
From the start, the three members of TREI showcased great chemistry with DJ BTOB's Ilhoon due to the fact that they were acquainted with Ilhoon before their debut. Member Chae Chang Hyun, in charge of composing and producing in the group, talked about participating in the composition for EXID's "Night Rather Than Day". He said, "I was able to work on a great song with the composer hyungs, and the EXID sunbaenims pulled it off amazingly."
Among the TREI members, the final member to join the group was main vocal Kim Jun Tae. The member mentioned, "When I met these two for the first time, they were very hip. Jae Jun had a very strong impression. At first, I thought they were both older than me."
Kim Jun Tae also impressed viewers and listeners with powerful covers of Big Bang's "Last Dance" as well as Zion.T, John Legend, and Onestar's "The Way To Say Goodbye". DJ Ilhoon then revealed that Kim Jun Tae was actually a guide vocalist for BTOB's "Friend", as well as Pentagon's "Beautiful" - a song Ilhoon wrote as a gift for Pentagon!
