A famous entertainment agency has been fined for tax evasion.
According to the National Tax Service of South Korea, an entertainment agency gained a revenue of 7 billion KRW (6.2 million USD) from their artist's concert. However, the agency transferred the money to a paper company they established in Hong Kong to avoid paying taxes.

The agency's illegal act has been caught by the National Tax Service of South Korea. The agency is now demanded to pay a total of 9 billion KRW (8 million USD) for the transferred revenue plus an additional 2 billion KRW (1.8 million USD) in fines.
Meanwhile, The National Tax Service of South Korea announced that several celebrities were also fined for tax evasion.
