CocoSori's Sori took to her personal YouTube channel to relay good news of her impending solo debut.

Through her YouTube channel Sori Not Sorry, Sori has been communicating with fans through various video contents. On July 31, Sori shared another short video where she relayed, "I've brought some super surprising news! CocoSori's Sori is debuting solo! I've always dreamt of standing on stage solo outside of a group, but I've been worried for a long time about whether or not I could really do it. However, I was encouraged by your cheers, and in order to surpass my former self, I've decided on a new challenge. As difficult a decision as it was, I plan on putting my all into my solo activities. I will do my best in both singing and performance, so please cheer me on and watch me!"
