Previously, a group of fans who attended the '2017 MAMA' in Hong Kong claimed they were assaulted by event staff, but a longer video of the incident may reveal fans might be partially at fault.
On December 1, fans flew from all over the world to attend the '2017 MAMA' in Hong Kong held at the AsiaWorld-Expo Arena. However, some Korean fans claimed they were mistreated and physically abused, and a clip revealed security staff shoving excited fans behind a gate.
After the longer video above was released, netizens are now speculating it may have been a volatile group of sasaeng fans, who had suddenly broken out into a run. They're said to have broken multiple rules, left the barricaded waiting area, and attempted to enter the area reserved for artists, and the security staff were simply trying to maintain control of the situation.
