Super Junior's Shindong was officially relieved of his mandatory military service duties on December 23!

The idol showed up in front of numerous reporters and fans at 9:30 AM KST on the morning of the 23rd. Even though no special events had been planned for Shindong's return, Super Junior's leader Leeteuk popped up surprising everyone, and dragged Shindong into a car labeled, 'headed to Incheon International Airport'!
It's been revealed that Shindong's return to broadcasts will be through the KBS2 travel variety show, 'Battle Trip', which he will film with fellow member Leeteuk. It sounds like we'll be seeing Shindong back on his feet pretty soon! Meanwhile, Super Junior's Sungmin is also due to be relieved of his mandatory service on December 30.
