Go Kyung Pyo discussed his weight loss method during a recent interview.
BizEnter interviewed the actor recently since the wrap-up of SBS drama, 'Incarnation of Jealousy.'
During the conversation, Go Kyung Pyo was asked about his weight loss photo that drew a lot of attention online. When asked about how he lost so much weight, he said, "I'm sure everyone knows how to, but I exercised diligently and quit drinking and late-night snacks.
I just did what everyone knows. It's not as hard as you think. I took a little shortcut...I ran and walked about 3-4 km a day. I ran then walked and ran again to increase my heart rate. I ran as fast as I could then walked and repeated it."

Go Kyung Pyo also discussed the diet, saying, "You don't have to stop eating carbs. If you don't eat any carbs, you'll gain the weight back and your body can release harmful hormones....I didn't change my diet. Maybe it's because of that, I didn't gain the weight back. Even with that, I lost weight easily. My highest weight and lowest weight difference is about 15 kgs (33 lbs)."
He also talked about his thoughts on exercising, stating, "I don't work out aggressively and just try to meet my goal. One thing I want to say though is that I wish people wouldn't run on the treadmill indoors. Just focusing on running instead of doing it while watching TV makes a big different. Do it moderately so you can enjoy it."
