"I'm selling my stockings, underwear, and socks that I wore for 2 days."
A controversy has ensued from a post on a used goods sales website in Korea after an 18-year-old high school student wrote that she is selling her underwear and other items that she has worn.
She wrote, "Height 163cm (5'4"), weight 49kg (108 pounds). I am selling my stockings, underwear, and socks for $25, $40, and $20. Must meet in person."
The student uploaded a photo of her legs along with the written description.
Many men commented on the post, asking, "Are you sure it smells?" These men seem to be the type who has a fetish with odors from worn clothing items.

The main problem is not that these dirty items are being sold at a high price. Girls who are trying to make easy money by doing these types of transactions are exposed to sex crimes.
Most transactions take place face-to-face because the girls will take off the items in front of the buyer to prove that the items are really from them, but this leads to many of the girls falling victims to sexual harassment and even rape.
Many netizens are voicing their concerns online, saying, "It is indirectly selling sex. It makes me feel so uncomfortable," and "What if these girls get assaulted?" Some are asking these websites to take responsibility and ban these types of items from being sold.
