Star Empire Entertainment, the agency which houses Hyungsik, has entered the mix and stepped forward with a statement regarding the matter. A rep from the label relayed, "It's true that the fans filed a suit but we have no way of knowing the details. We don't know which comments were used nor who left them."

The rep added, "We plan to verify the fans' charges. There has been no action taken on our end. We will only take further action only after we have aggregated additional documents and convened in a meeting. The company is diligently gathering documents because of the hate comments. We plan to proceed with the charges in quarterly periods. We have included all of the artists under our label including Hyungsik. Once we determine the standards and time, we will go forward with pressing charges."�
