On the May 5 episode of TV Chosun’s reality series 'Lovers of Joseon,' viewers witnessed an emotional moment as actress Kang Eun Bi married her partner Byun Joon Pil in a heartfelt ceremony that featured a surprise appearance from a dear old friend.

During the wedding preparations, Kang Eun Bi tearfully expressed her longing for Park Seul Gi, a friend of 20 years with whom she had lost contact. When asked who she missed the most, Kang shared that she had been out of touch for so long that she felt ashamed to reach out first.

Understanding her emotions, groom Byun Joon Pil secretly invited Park Seul Gi to the ceremony. Park entered the venue while singing a congratulatory song, surprising Kang Eun Bi and bringing her to tears.

Kang was overwhelmed with emotion as Park performed a heartfelt serenade for the couple. Park shared with the guests that she could hardly look at Eun Bi because she was crying so much.

Turning to the audience, Park explained that she and Kang had been friends for 20 years. Although they had lost contact for a while, she decided to come without even asking the bride’s permission because the occasion was so meaningful. She then smiled and asked her friend how she looked after all this time.

Still emotional, Kang Eun Bi apologized through tears. Park Seul Gi gently responded that there was no need to be sorry and that she was simply grateful to be able to celebrate her friend's wedding.

The reunion between the two longtime friends added a touching layer to the ceremony and left both the couple and the audience deeply moved.
