Kris's side had requested for SM to present Kris's schedules and documents relating to his earning/profits distributions, and SM had obliged; however, they weren't enough to meet the needs of Kris's legal reps, who argued, "We saw the documents but it's still vastly insufficient compared to the amount of documents that we requested. You did not submit Kris's schedules from when he was a trainee."

Kris's side also added, "We also requested a breakdown of the account balances but it was not submitted. We will request it in writing as additional documents are needed. We will state what sections were unfair after looking at the documents at a later time."
Both sides once again failed to reach an agreement, much like the last plea date which was held at the end of October last year. Another plea date has been scheduled for March 18, so come back for any updates. Though at this rate, it looks like both parties will be holding plea dates until the end of time...
