10 Songs that better suit other idols

Hyejeong, 2PM, Apink, Brown Eyed Girls, EXO, Girl
1. 10 Songs that better suit other idols
Ever listen to a K-Pop jam and think "Oh-- this almost sounded like (insert idol name here)?" Even wonder what another group would sound like if they sing other songs instead? If you're any of these people described above, then this list is for you! Although we appreciate the originals and artist's hard work, let's play around a little and check out 10 songs other artists might have sung even better, although you might not agree! Feel free to give your own switch-around suggestions in the comment section below.
2. BESTie's 'I Need You'
Girl's Day could have easily sang and owned BESTie's "I Need You"! Without a doubt the vocals match perfectly with who would sing each line and the 4-member line-up shared between the groups make it much easier. Hyeri could easily sing Haeryoung's delicate lines while Minah could carry out the main chorus notes like U.JI. I can confidently say that many will agree Dahee and Yura share the same rapping sense and style, 100%.
3. 100%'s 'U Beauty'
TEEN TOP are the first to come to mind whenever I think of this song. It not only captures their confident style but I also strongly feel Niel's magnificent voice would have been a breath of fresh air the chorus. The rap is another element that TEEN TOP's C.A.P would have owned without a doubt. Rappers Chanyong and Changbum are great rappers, but those smooth lyrics and deep tones undoubtedly suit C.A.P's swag. I think the boys of TEEN TOP would easily make "U Beauty" the magic mix of "Supa Luv" and "Ah Ah."
4. A Pink 'Remember'
"Remember" has a unique almost filtered sound to it, which is a popular style for the sweet and fuzzy voices of A Pink! Yet, I can still honestly see new girl group April giving this song a huge dose of aegyo! They are youthful and fresh faced with their debut song "Dream Candy" and it shares a similar chorus with A Pink's "Remember." I like the sound A Pink developed for "LUV" and think their voices have evolved into something as mature as that, which is why I leave "Remember" for the super girlish April.
5. San E - 'Body Language'
"Body Language" is a perfect song to get down to. I love San E's sound and the way he plays with the tempo and rhythm of the song. However, I felt Jay Park would have made this song even more of a real "Sex Trip"! Jay Park is a master of falsettos and I really appreciate his easy transitions from soulful singer to rap genius. I also think his sexy body would have brought more heat to the MV since this song has a real sensual sensation.
6. Brown Eyed Girls 'Brave New World'
The Brown Eyed Girls are known for creating some thought provoking concepts, but another group who does this just as well, if not more creatively, is Sunny Hill! These ladies all push the limit with songs that carry a unique message and sound, and Sunny Hill can easily welcome this song into their concept. The echoing "hey" and futuristic sounds paired with the rough highs and lows of the instrumental are something similar to Sunny Hill's previously releases like "Grasshopper Song" and "Midnight Circus." Joobi will cover JeA and Kota can even takeover that sex appeal Ga In is known to portray! This other worldly concept is not a stretch for the eccentric ladies of Sunny Hill.
7. VIXX's 'Chained Up'
VIXX definitely know how to sing and rock the stage with each and every song they release, especially "Chained Up"! I'm not saying this song wasn't fitting for them but it is something I can see EXO performing quite well. EXO has a certain style, I know, but if the group was to do something that faintly strayed away from their usual sounds I think this song would be the type. The somewhat shout out loud chorus and "na na na" mixed with smooth verses match EXO's flavor and even creatively refreshing lyrics. Even the MV shares a concept that many can see EXO dabbling with. Plus, their biger number of members would only make VIXX's already flashy dance routine even more intricate.
8. TWICE's 'OOH AHH'
Think about it, TWICE made an awesome debut but doesn't their song seem like another K-Pop group could have mastered it just as well, if not better? Pair their peppy but tomboyish style with Red Velvet and "OOH AHH" already becomes more intense. I can easily see Joy owning the line "Let me see, how you gonna treat me. I ain't no easy, so think about it TWICE!" The girls of Red Velvet already pridefully show off some outrageously fun dance moves and TWICE's dance would get a real pep boost with these 5 ladies owning it!
9. 2PM's 'Go Crazy'
"Go Crazy" was literally the $hit the moment I heard it! I love how 2PM rocks it but I think the energy this song gives off could have been matched with another JYP group (you see where I am going with this, aren't you?). You guessed it-- GOT7 would have definitely made this song cray cray! I think this song paired with GOT7's acrobatic abilities and forceful dancing would have matched the strength in this song compared to 2PM's motorcycle dance. Jackson and BamBam's stellar rap voices would have made all the fan girls swoon alongside JB's smooth voice carrying the chorus. Even the high pitched "cray" and deeply toned "slow down" is another element that reminds me of their "Girls Girls Girls" and "Stop Stop It" releases. 2PM was great but GOT7 + 'Go Crazy' = match made in heaven.
10. Girl's Day's 'Ring My Bell'
Although Girl's Day did an excellent job with "Ring My Bell," it seemed to lack that style they were leading up to. It kind of put them back a few steps, in my opinion, and this song would've been more fitting for SISTAR. Some may think it is a hit or miss idea, but the opening sound and even the stage outfits scream something SISTAR would rock. The high pitch almost whispered parts of Sojin can easily be Soyu's lines and Dasom can be flexible for either of Hyeri's or Yura's parts. Hyorin would obviously slay the chorus. I think if the song tempo was changed slightly and given to SISTAR, this song would have charted better.
11. Sunny Days' 'Blah Blah'
Sunny Days have a really powerful style in "Blah Blah" but there is definitely one singer that comes to mind who would own this song with their overflowing amounts of charisma-- and that is Ailee! The bridge already has a vocal sound matching to Ailee's and I think her rough vocals can add the pizazz the song is building up. The lyrics are also matching to Ailee's previous styles with her 'I'm fed up with you' attitude. The song isn't a flop with Sunny Days but this song would have seen a different reaction if Korea's Beyonce worked it!
