Talented rapper San E had his fair share of hardships in his pre-debut days, and he shared all on the April 14th episode of the '4 Things Show'.
San E opened up about his parent's opinion about his dream of becoming a rapper as he said, "My parents were constantly against it. If I never tried to achieve my dreams once more, I think I would wake up from sleeping and start crying at this age. I was scared because I was capable of getting drunk and cursing at my parents [at the time]. Now they are so happy for me, and I am very happy too."

His troubles didn't end once he was accepted into JYP Entertainment, however. San E said, "JYP Entertainment is a company so big that everyone has heard of it. Everyone was happy for me when I told them I got in. But a year and a half passed, and there was no news [about making a debut]. I was very frustrated at the time."
He continued, "I tried everything from this to that and even cursed at the company. It was a time I needed to overcome on my own though. I learned how to write a melody, how to properly and fully write a song, and how to write popular songs."
