Their legal team first expressed their frustration at TS Entertainment's lack of proper response, stating "After B.A.P filed their lawsuit on November 26 against TS Entertainment, TS Entertainment only submitted their response on January 15. The legal team also revealed that although the original date they were supposed to meet up for the plea was scheduled for March 13, they decided to cancel the date since they were transferring from the 13th district court to the 14th, and reschedule the date to March 16.
