Taeyang's 'Rise' becomes third highest-charting K-Pop album on 'Billboard 200'

According to the 'Billboard 200,' Taeyang's 'Rise' has now become the third highest ranking K-Pop album on the chart!  He is currently ranked at #112, which is only behind previous rankings made by fellow label mate 2NE1's 'Crush' at #61 and Girls' Generation's 'Mr.Mr' at #110!

This also means that he has achieved a chart position higher than any Big Bang album or even fellow group member G-Dragon on the 'Billboard 200', which is an incredible feat in itself.  Previously, G-Dragon's 'One of a Kind' and 'Coup D'etat' ranked at #161 and #182 respectively, proving these two members to be quite influential in the American market.

Taeyang is also ranked first on Billboard's Heatseekers Album and World Album Charts.
