Super Junior's Shindong advised ILLIT to prove the haters wrong by showcasing their undeniable talent.
On May 25th, super rookie ILLIT made a guest appearance in the 435th episode of JTBC's 'Knowing Brothers.' During the episode, members asked for advice on their concerns after debuting. Wonhee said, "I think I'm caring too much what other people are thinking because I was a trainee for a short term." Minju added, "I don't have thick skin, so I feel I'm affected by comments too much." The brothers advised, "I hope you guys could weigh positive and supportive comments more."
Moka then commented, "I think I have similar concerns to Minju's. I'm not particularly hurt, but sometimes comments pop up in my mind when I'm on stage, affecting me. How can I overcome those moments?" Super Junior's Shindong chimed in, "What you can do now is to prove them wrong by showing your talent. Practice hard and show off your talent." Kang Ho Dong also added, "There's no better feeling than getting compliments from your haters."
Shindong's key message was clear: talent speaks louder than words. See the relevant segment of the episode in the video above.

ILLIT's official social media account followed a NewJeans' anti-fan account?
When Shindong said he wasn't dieting anymore he wasn't lying. He doesn't let comments about his weight affect him! And so Illit members shouldn't allow any negative comments affect them. Just live your life and be grateful for what you have.
