Chuu was the latest guest on Apink member Bomi's YouTube variety show 'Idol Bomi.'
In the episode, which was released on October 21 KST, Bomi cooked tteokbokki for Chuu as she briefly pretended to be fast asleep in bed. Before Chuu 'woke up,' Bomi revealed her true feelings toward the other idol, describing Chuu by saying, "Among the idols that I've met, I think she has the brightest energy to share with others. I only said hi, and she already makes me happy."
During the interview portion, they briefly discussed Chuu's solo activities, her recent experience throwing the first pitch at a baseball game for the Hanwha Eagles, and her MBTI, ENFP. Chuu also mentioned Apink's hit single "Mr. Chu," saying, "I was asked to do a dance in an audition. Among the [LOONA] members, there's Lip, and 'Mr. Chu' is the first dance I learned from her at school. But I was so bad at it. I should've went that way, but my butt would go the other way."
"So you started dancing in high school?," Bomi asked with a tone of surprise.
"I think in my second year," Chuu responded, to which Bomi admitted that was later age than she imagined. "That's right. I didn't imagine that I'd be an idol. I thought that's for pretty and bubbly girls," she continued, with the video editing making fun of the fact Chuu, who is known for being pretty and bubbly, was the one saying this.
In response, Bomi exclaimed, "But you're so talented!"
Meanwhile, Chuu recently made her solo debut earlier this week with her 1st mini album 'Howl.' The music video for the album's titular lead single can be seen here.
