BTS Jungkook talked about the group's future with SUGA.
On July 29th, fellow BTS member Jungkook made a guest appearance on the 15th episode of 'Suchwita (Time to Drink with SUGA).' In this episode, Jungkook talked about what the group has in store for their loyal fanbase, ARMY.
SUGA commented that he thinks they will be still around when they are in their 60s, which will be about chapter 6 of their career now that they are currently in chapter 2. Jungkook responded by saying, "We could do dinner shows. It'd be fun. ARMY will be grannies too by then," "We'll be grandpas by then," "It'd be funny to do a video fan sign when we are all old. We'd be looking at our phones like this."
Fans reacted by leaving comments such as: "I'll be holding an ARMY bomb cane by then."
"Jungkook is the funniest person in the world lol"
"Chapter 6 will be 50 years from now lol I'll do my best to stay alive by then."
"If you're already dead you won't have to buy tickets to attend dinner shows lol A win is a win."
"When I see J.Y. Park or Rain I think it's possible that they'd be performing in their 60s."
"lmao I've been stanning them since I was in middle school so it's not entirely impossible."
"GFBF 💜💜💜💜💜(meaning Granny ARMY Forever, BTS Forever)"
The relevant segment starts around the 17:50 mark in the video above.
This is cute! What I will say about army is that they range all they way up to fans in their 80s going to concerts so they will be a timeless group no matter the age.
