Singer Lim Chang Jung revealed that he invested 20 billion won (~$14 million USD) to produce the girl group mimiirose.
On the YouTube variety series 'Hami Business', Lim Chang Jung talked about his company's new girl group, mimiirose, by stating, "They can release a solo album immediately and there's no problem. When I saw them dancing, I thought to myself that they are at the level of [the dancers on] 'Street Woman Dancer'."
When asked how much he had invested to produce the group mimiirose, Lim Chang Jung answered, "If you combine the costs from here and there, we lost about 20 billion won." Hearing this, mimiirose became shocked and asked, "So you spent 20 billion won?"
