Katie Kim (also known as KATIE) is the latest Korean artist to perform for the 'GRAMMYs Global Spin' music series.
The performance, which was released through the official GRAMMYs YouTube channel, shows Katie Kim performing a soulful rendition of her 2019 single "Thinkin Bout You." The video setting is particularly special as she performs beside Seoul's Han River, with a view of the city's well-known 63 Building seen in the background.
Meanwhile, 'GRAMMYs Global Spin' is a concert series produced by the GRAMMYs to promote global music. Since last year, GRAMMY has launched several projects in order to include diverse music from all around the world. Other Korean artists invited to perform for the series include B.I, VIVIZ, ATEEZ, and Seori.

About time! I was questioning "for a minute" what her management was actually doing for her career. This is a good step. I hope they keep it up. I still stand by the thought that Katie should be one of the K-artists to be heard in places and spaces where K-Pop isn't necessarily well known or entertained by most.
