EXO-Ls are celebrating EXO member Chanyeol's birthday in a pretty big way this week!
On November 25, Korean media outlet Hankook Ilbo reported a 5 - 6 meter high (approx. 20 - 23 feet) inflatable of a yellow hat and overalls-wearing Chanyeol doll was placed at Han River Park in Seoul's Jamwon neighborhood beside Hannam Bridge. Written across the inflatable's chest is a banner that reads: "Park Chanyeol 1127 Happy Birthday."
The inflatable is a special birthday present from 'Baidu Chan Bar', the idol's Chinese fan club hosted by China's largest portal website Baidu. The fan club lovingly refers to the inflatable as 'Rubber Chan,' inspired by the giant inflatable 'Rubber Duck' that floated atop Seoul's Seokchon Lake back in 2014.
