[C/W] K-netizens react to recently released video footage of the tragic accident near Seoul City Hall

At approximately 9:30 PM on July 1, a tragic accident occurred at an intersection near Seoul City Hall. According to police and fire authorities, the incident resulted in 9 fatalities, 1 serious injury, and 3 minor injuries. 

The accident occurred when a man in his late 60s, driving a large black sedan, struck pedestrians who were waiting at the traffic light.

On July 2, surveillance footage from storefronts capturing the moment of the accident was released, shocking netizens.

Korean netizens were shocked by the footage as the civilians had no time to react to the speeding car that was coming their way.
