Crazes in South Korea are definitely booming, and something new always seems to be coming up. Last time, we discuss the mint chocolate chip craze. There is another big craze going on in the country, and it is "ROSE."

No, not BLACKPINK's Rose. And not the flowers either. Rose is a type of spicy sauce that typically mixes the base spicy sauce with cream (or milk) to make the flavor not-as-spicy and savory. The whole concept blew up in South Korea, and of course, knowing the country always goes above & beyond for their crazes, and they practically sell rose items everywhere.

The idea was popular because it allowed even people who can't do spicy eat spicy foods and be comforted immediately through the cream. The creamy texture also has a very nice aftertaste, and it matches very well with the spicy sauces.
