A Korean travel YouTuber recently saw one of her videos go viral a few months after being uploaded, thanks to her growing audience. The clip, filmed during her solo trip to India, captured a humorous and surprising cultural encounter.
In the video, the YouTuber pointed out how locals often stare at her as if she were something extraordinary. To illustrate, she filmed an Indian man who appeared to be staring directly at her. Curiously, she asked him in Korean, "What are you looking at? You like me?"
The man paused, then unexpectedly replied in Korean, "I’m Shin Hyun Joon (Korean actor)." Flustered, the YouTuber laughs awkwardly and asks, "How do you know Korean?" He explains that he learned it while working at a Korean restaurant. The YouTuber apologizes, and the encounter ends on a lighthearted note.
