Actress Lee Da Hae recently shared a glimpse of her lavish lifestyle with her husband, singer Se7en, drawing attention to their impressive wealth. On November 9, Lee's YouTube channel,1+1=Lee Da Hae, featured a video titled "Not Waitan but Qiantan! A Special Day for the 'Heaven' Couple in Shanghai's Hotspots."
The video showcased the couple enjoying a trip to Shanghai, China. They stopped by a Louis Vuitton chocolate boutique in a luxury shopping mall during their visit.
Lee Da Hae and SE7EN purchased a set of chocolates priced at approximately 110,000 KRW (about $75) for 12 pieces. Lee playfully remarked, "They’re too precious to eat," before diving into a taste test for her viewers.
Their extravagant purchases and glamorous lifestyle fascinated viewers, sparking curiosity about their financial status.
Lee Da Hae’s Real Estate Ventures
Lee Da Hae has made headlines for her impressive real estate investments. In 2023, she sold a building located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for approximately 24 billion KRW (about $16.28 million). The property, which she purchased for 4.6 billion KRW (about $3.12 million) in 2016, yielded a massive profit of 20 billion KRW (about $13.57 million) over six years.
Following the sale, Lee acquired another building in Nonhyeon-dong for ₩16 billion without taking out a loan. Reports suggest that the building currently houses tenants who pay a security deposit of 500 million KRW (about $339,184) and monthly rent of 42 million (about $28,500).
Additionally, the couple’s luxurious newlywed home in the upscale Nonhyeon La Folium villa complex has attracted considerable attention. Featured on SBS’s 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny,' the villa, where Lee and SE7EN are savoring their newlywed life, was completed in 2012. With a floor area of 240.03㎡, Lee purchased the villa in 2013 for 2.6 billion KRW (about $1.76 million). Recent transactions for similar units in the complex have reached around 4.6 billion KRW (about $3.12 million), marking a 1.7-fold increase from Lee's original purchase price.
Beyond Real Estate
Lee Da Hae has diversified her income streams through successful ventures in live commerce. In an episode of MBC’s Radio Star, she revealed that she generated sales of 10 billion (about $6.78 million) within just four hours during a live broadcast.
SE7EN has also contributed to the couple’s wealth. In 2015, he constructed a five-story building in Mapo-gu, Seoul, which now houses his agency’s headquarters, along with a café and office spaces available for lease. The current market value of this property is estimated at 7 billion KRW (about $4.75 million).
A Love That Stood the Test of Time
Lee Da Hae and SE7EN, both born in the same year, began dating in 2015. After an eight-year relationship, the couple tied the knot in May 2023. They continue to share their life through joint appearances on YouTube and various entertainment programs, delighting fans with their heartwarming bond.
