Former Big Bang member Seungri’s recent activities revealed.
On December 25th KST, Seungri’s recent whereabouts were shared on various social media platforms and online communities. The video footage shows Seungri attending a meeting at an exhibition overseas. Notably, he appeared with a rounder face and physique compared to his previously slim figure.
Back in August, Seungri faced significant backlash when it was announced that he would appear as a special guest at an event titled “Burning Sun Surabaya” in Indonesia. Many criticized this as evidence of a lack of remorse for his past actions. The event organizers, TSV Management, later issued an apology via social media and abruptly canceled the event.
At the time, the organizers clarified, “We want to apologize for the misunderstanding. The distributed poster did not mention Seungri’s involvement. The title ‘Burning Sun Surabaya’ was intended to convey the message of staying safe in clubs and parties.”
Additionally, there have been reports of Seungri being spotted multiple times at beaches in Bali, Indonesia. Allegedly, Seungri and his companions invited Korean tourists to “come to their accommodation to hang out.”
Seungri was a central figure in the Burning Sun scandal and faced charges including habitual gambling, violations of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (camera filming), violation of the Act on the Punishment of Prostitution, and embezzlement. He was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison and was released in February last year after completing his sentence.
Despite his release, reports of Seungri’s problematic behavior persist. Allegations include inviting friends to clubs, hosting lavish parties, and being seen at gatherings with Chinese celebrities who have drug-related criminal records, raising further concerns about his conduct.
