NCT’s Jaemin donates 100 million KRW(approximately 70,000 USD) under fan club name ‘NCTzen Dream’.
On December 24th KST, UNICEF Korea announced that NCT member Jaemin donated 100 million KRW under the name of his fan club, 'NCTzen Dream,' to support children around the world.
This donation was made possible through proceeds from the sale of framed artwork at Jaemin’s first solo photo exhibition, 'Narcissism: Jaemin First Exhibition', held in June.
The donation, made in the name of 'NCTzen Dream,' will be fully allocated to helping children worldwide endure harsh winters caused by war and natural disasters.
Jaemin shared, “I wanted to give back the precious love from my fans by doing something meaningful together. I hope this contribution helps children have a warmer holiday season.”
Previously, in 2018, Jaemin collaborated with UNICEF Korea by visiting Hanoi and Kon Tum in Vietnam to support music education programs for underprivileged children.
UNICEF Korea Secretary General Jo Mi Jin expressed gratitude, saying, “We sincerely thank Jaemin and his fans for sending a special gift to children during this holiday season. This donation will be used to help children facing difficult winters due to war, disasters, and poverty.”
