The much-anticipated ‘Good Day’—a collaboration between renowned producer Kim Tae Ho and G-Dragon—will air on MBC.

This program marks Kim Tae Ho’s return to MBC after three years, adding special significance to the project. Since founding the independent production company TEO, Kim Tae Ho has been pursuing new challenges and creative experiments. With ‘Good Day,’ he is rekindling his partnership with MBC, and his innovative directing is highly anticipated.

‘Good Day’ is a music project where G-Dragon collaborates with various individuals to create the song of the year. As the show’s producer, G-Dragon will transform the stories of these individuals into music, presenting the process as a reality entertainment program. Viewers can look forward to seeing both G-Dragon’s sharp wit as an “entertainment genius” and his serious artistry in the recording studio.

The idea for this program reportedly came from G-Dragon himself, further heightening interest. As G-Dragon resumes his career in earnest after an eight-year hiatus, he has shown deep affection for this project. 

Reflecting on his inspirations, he shared, “I still fondly remember the singers I admired as a child performing together on one stage and the memories of singing and laughing with the brothers during the Infinite Challenge Music Festival. Those were truly good days.” He added, “This journey started with the question, ‘What if we create that kind of day for everyone again?’”

The lineup of participants for ‘Good Day’ is also garnering attention. Of particular note is G-Dragon’s reunion with Jung Hyung Don, 12 years after their beloved collaboration as “Hyeongyongdonjiong” in the Infinite Challenge Music Festival in 2013. 

Their heartfelt reunion at Dongmyo during the first shoot brought excitement to the set. Other familiar faces, including Defconn, Jo Se Ho, and Code Kunst, will also join G-Dragon, meeting individuals from different fields to add unique elements to the program.

‘Good Day’ will premiere on MBC in the first half of 2025. Fans are eagerly anticipating the “good days” that G-Dragon and Kim Tae Ho will deliver through this extraordinary music project.
