On March 27, MBN’s variety show 'Moo No Plan 3' featured BTOB members Seo Eunkwang and Sungjae (Yuk Sung Jae) joining hosts Jun Hyun Moo and Kwaktube for a food trip in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.
During the broadcast, Seo Eunkwang praised the group’s longevity, saying, “The secret to BTOB’s long-running success is the youngest, Yuk Sung Jae.” Responding, Yuk Sung Jae opened up about his early struggles, stating, “When BTOB’s music didn’t go as planned, my variety and drama activities did well. Back then, we divided the earnings evenly. There were times I really struggled in the middle.”
When asked by Jun Hyun Moo if he had ever considered going solo, Yuk Sung Jae admitted, “There were moments I felt hurt and kept it all inside. Filming the 2015 drama 'Who Are You: School 2015' was extremely tough. I only slept a total of seven hours a week. One day, I came back to the dorm to find Eunkwang playing games in his underwear,” shocking the cast and viewers.
Seo Eunkwang responded candidly, “I also had my own struggles trying to manage schedules, and I was a bit envious of Sung Jae at times.”
Yuk Sung Jae added warmly, “Even now, Eunkwang knows about every video or broadcast I do individually. When he casually mentions it or acknowledges it, it really gives me strength.”
