Actor Jung Hae In, who was reportedly considering a Japanese drama for his next project, has declined the offer, causing difficulties for the drama's production company.

On November 26th, the Japanese media outlet Post Seven reported that the drama, set to air on Japanese broadcaster TBS, faced setbacks due to Jung Hae In's decision to withdraw. His agency, FNC Entertainment, has not released any statements regarding this matter.

According to the report, the drama was a project Jung Hae In had been positively considering for his next role. The show was to feature Jung Hae In alongside Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi, depicting the story of a Korean lawyer and a Japanese veterinarian who initially clash but eventually build trust, rediscover their lives, and form a friendship that transcends national borders.

The production company had planned to begin filming in February next year, but the sudden withdrawal of Jung Hae In has reportedly put the project in jeopardy. The company is now struggling to find a suitable replacement, and it was noted that Kentaro Sakaguchi was also caught off guard by Jung Hae In's unexpected decision to decline the role.
