WHIB has returned with their third single album Rush of Joy, which was released on September 30th at 6 p.m. KST on various online music platforms. 

This comeback comes just four months after their career-high success with their second single album ETERNAL YOUTH: KICK IT, released in May.

Since their debut in November last year, WHIB has continued to set a key color for each album to amplify their unique charm. In their third single album Rush of Joy, they combine the 'Blue' of upbeat music and the 'Red' of intense performance to create their new key color, 'Purple,' delivering a "chic + funky" vibe.

The title track Rush of Joy carries the meaning of doubling the joy by being together with WHIB. It's a pop dance track with a funky electric guitar sound and rhythmic uptempo drums. The song's addictive chorus and harmonious melody blend to create an upbeat and lively tune.

WHIB sings, "Gather up, gather up / Having fun twice as much / Tell me, what are you waiting for? / Feel the Rush of Joy," conveying the idea of coming together as individuals with different colors to create even greater joy as one.

As a crew that has grown together, WHIB proudly declares, "Our Golden Time has begun," expressing their ambition to reach their peak with this album. The funky beat, combined with the repetitive phrase "Rush of Joy," enhances the song’s catchy and addictive nature that sticks in your head after just one listen.

In addition to the title track, the album also features the energetic track Play, which evokes Y2K nostalgia with its vibrant beat. The song showcases another side of WHIB with its bright and hopeful melody paired with lyrics that deliver a positive message.
