'The Weekend' becomes BIBI's 2nd song to hit 100 million streams on Spotify

South Korean singer-songwriter BIBI marks a significant personal milestone on the global music streaming platform Spotify with her track "The Weekend."

As of September 12 KST, "The Weekend" has surpassed over 100 million streams, signifying her second track to reach the achievement on the platform after "BIBI Vengeance."

Originally released on October 14, 2021, "The Weekend" was her first English song under the international record label, 88rising. This achievement took around 2 years and 11 months after the song's initial release, emphasizing the impact of the track on listeners around the world.
