The 30th Dream Concert unveils its dazzling artist lineup
According to the Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association (Chairman Lim Baek Woon), the 30th Dream Concert, to be held on October 19th at 4:30 PM KST at the Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, has confirmed the participation of 30 artist teams and two MCs.
The concert will feature performances from prominent artists including The Kingdom, Drippin, Lightsum, Lucy, Xikers, ASC2NT, E’LAST, Xdinary Heroes, NCT Wish, n.SSign, ONEUS, YOUNITE, UNIS, EVNNE, EPEX, JD1, YENA, Kep1er, Kiss of Life, Tempest, Trendz, Fifty Fifty, and H1-KEY, in alphabetical order. These artists are expected to bring a special brilliance to the Dream Concert.
Additionally, four teams selected through the “Dream Rookie” voting—Xodiac, One Pact, TIOT, and POW—will also be part of the Dream Concert. “Dream Rookie” is an event that aims to discover new K-pop artists and provide them with a platform for international exposure. The winners, chosen through fierce competition on the official voting app “K-Pop Seoul,” will receive various benefits, including the opportunity to perform at the Dream Concert, an award from the Korea Creative Content Agency, and marketing promotions in countries like Japan, China, and Taiwan. This makes the Dream Concert an even more meaningful event.
The winners of the 30th Dream Concert Hall of Fame vote, held in celebration of the concert’s 30th anniversary, will also be present. The top vote-getters from the global K-pop fandom platform “Deokking” include Kang Sung Hoon, who topped the “30th Anniversary Hall of Fame” vote, Dreamcatcher, who won the “Dream Visual” category, and CIX, who led the “Dream Global” category. Their strong fan support has earned them a spot in the Dream Concert.
Additionally, Super Junior’s leader Leeteuk, known for his hosting skills across various programs, and solo artist Kwon Eun Bi, who has gained attention for her impressive performances and wit, will serve as the MCs for the Dream Concert, ensuring smooth proceedings throughout the event.
The Dream Concert, now celebrating its 30th year, is the longest-running K-pop concert in Korea. In 2019, it was officially recognized by the Korea Records Institute (KRI) as the longest-running and largest concert. Over the past 30 years, the concert has hosted about 1.98 million domestic and international attendees and featured 622 artists, marking a significant chapter in K-pop history. The 30th anniversary concert promises to be a unique and memorable event.
Ticket sales for the Dream Concert will begin at 5 PM KST on October 23rd via Ticketlink. Given the high interest that the Dream Concert has garnered in previous years, fierce competition for tickets is expected this year as well.
The 30th Dream Concert is co-hosted by the Korea Entertainment Producer’s Association, the Korea Tourism Organization, and Goyang Special City. It is supported by the Korea Creative Content Agency, with special sponsorship from the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
