Korean netizens have been closely following the evolving situation between HYBE and ADOR, especially after the controversy surrounding former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin. The internal conflict, which began over allegations of plagiarism related to ILLIT, has escalated to the point where Belift Lab has fully taken control of ADOR.

Recently, Korean netizens have been examining how Belift Lab took over ADOR and many are questioning the purpose of HYBE's multi-label system, wondering whether it serves the artists or only benefits corporate interest.

The controversy took a turn when HYBE removed Min Hee Jin from her management role, reducing her responsibilities to that of a "Producer." Despite ADOR’s claim that separating “production” and “management” was necessary, Min Hee Jin was not assigned to any creative teams. Instead, critical teams such as the Artist Development Team, Content Planning Office, and Performance Directing Team were placed under the authority of Lee Do Kyung.

Lee Do Kyung’s promotion has raised eyebrows. As a former deputy CEO of HYBE IPX, his responsibilities were more marketing-oriented, and he has no prior experience in music production. His appointment follows his affiliation with Kim Tae Ho, CEO of Belift Lab and the individual behind Min Hee Jin’s legal troubles.

Many Netizens are concerned and view this restructuring of ADOR's directors as Belift Lab completely seizing control of ADOR.

One netizen criticized, "The HYBE-Min Hee Jin situation, which started with internal complaints over ILLIT plagiarism, has now led to ADOR being completely absorbed by Belift Lab. Is this multi-label system really for anyone's benefit? HYBE stripped Min Hee Jin of her management rights, reducing her role to just 'content creator.' ADOR justified her removal by claiming the need to separate 'production' and 'management,' yet Min Hee Jin wasn't even assigned to any production-related departments. Instead, crucial teams such as the Artist Development Team, Content Planning Office, and Performance Directing Team have all been placed under Lee Do Kyung, the new Deputy CEO in charge of management."

Korean netizens commented:

"Save NewJeans."

"What is this multi-label system?"

"This is so hectic."

"This is making me dizzy."

"This is so corrupt."

"So low of HYBE."

"I can see why NewJeans feel like there is no one left to protect them."

"I get why NewJeans feel so frustrated."

"This is the lowest of the low."

"Wow... This is such a thuggish thing to do."

"HYBE is really trash."

"I guess this was the purpose of the multi-label system."

"Now Belift Lab gets to take any resources from NewJeans as freely as they want."

"NewJeans need to run away."

"I hope all the artists escape HYBE."
