The group IVE has successfully completed their first world tour, showcasing their confident and independent charm in line with the meaning of their name "I HAVE = IVE." The group has solidified their place as a 'perfect group' through their successful world tour.

IVE began their first world tour, 'IVE The 1st World Tour: Show What I Have', with two concerts at Jamsil Indoor Stadium last October. They performed 37 shows across 28 cities in 19 countries, including stops in Asia, the Americas, Europe, and South America, meeting around 420,000 fans in total.

Thanks to overwhelming support, IVE added encore performances to their tour, entering the ‘KSPO Dome’ (formerly the Gymnastics Stadium) and Japan’s ‘Tokyo Dome,’ both of which are considered dream stages. They sold out all seats at these iconic venues. IVE became the first artist from their agency, Starship Entertainment, to perform at the Tokyo Dome since its founding in 2008. Their North American tour also saw a string of sold-out shows, and in Europe, they received a commemorative plaque from 'The O2' arena in London, marking another significant achievement.

During the tour, IVE was consistently highlighted by prominent foreign media outlets, including the Grammy's selection of them as one of the ‘Top 10 K-pop rookie girl groups to watch in 2023.’ Last May, IVE was the only K-pop artist to be named in Forbes' ‘30 Under 30 in Asia’ list.

IVE became the first fourth-generation girl group to hold an encore concert at 'KSPO Dome,' and despite the larger venue size, they sold out both days. At their two-day encore concert at the Tokyo Dome, the group packed the venue and graced the front page of Japan’s leading media outlets. Major Japanese TV channels such as Fuji TV's 'Mezamashi TV,' NTV's 'ZIP!' and 'DayDay,' and TBS's 'THE TIME' gave extensive coverage of the group.

Through their first world tour, IVE not only gained experience but also proved their capabilities. Their performances were marked by sleek stage direction, the members' solid vocal abilities, a full live band, and customized stages for local audiences, delivering both impressive visuals and deep emotional resonance. Over the 11-month journey, IVE solidified their skills and status, rising as a 'global super idol.'

During the world tour, IVE also performed at major global music festivals like 'Lollapalooza Chicago' in the U.S. and 'Summer Sonic 2024' in Japan. Despite their busy tour schedule, they rented the Handball Stadium to rehearse with their band and choreography team, demonstrating their dedication to delivering top-notch performances. 1. How do you feel about completing your first world tour, ‘Show What I Have’?

-Yujin: When we first held the press conference at the start of the tour last October, it felt like a dream. Looking at the cities we were going to, many were places we had never been to, and I was worried whether we could pull it off. But thanks to our members, staff, and Dive (our fans), the 11 months flew by in a blink. I still vividly remember Dive’s cheers and smiles. Seeing our fans enjoying our performances made it all special. Though we lacked in some areas, Dive’s energy carried us through every show. We’ll be back soon with even more growth, so please wait for us a little longer.

-Gaeul: There were times I doubted myself and felt anxious, but it’s because of those moments that I think IVE is who we are today. Over the 11 months of the tour, I learned and felt so much, especially realizing how many Dives around the world support us. Dive’s energy was what powered us through every performance. IVE’s growth is thanks to Dive’s unwavering love and support.

-Rei: When I first heard about the world tour, I was both excited and nervous. I wondered how we could show Dive a new side of IVE, and I was thankful they loved the genuine us. I was moved by how well they sang along to our songs. We’ll work hard to return for a second world tour even better than before.

-Wonyoung: One of my dreams since debuting was to meet our global Dive through a world tour, and thanks to Dive, that dream came true quickly. Traveling across the world, from Seoul to South America, North America, Europe, and Asia, I felt the love our fans had for us. Although there were times when I felt we weren’t perfect, Dive’s cheers gave me strength to keep performing.

2. How did it feel to perform in large venues like arenas and Tokyo Dome for the first time?

-Gaeul: When I heard we’d be performing at large venues like arenas and Tokyo Dome, I couldn’t believe it and worried if we could fill the seats. But as soon as I saw Dive filling the venue, all my worries disappeared, and I just wanted to put on the best show possible.

-Rei: Watching other artists perform at Tokyo Dome when I was younger was part of my dream, and I’m honored that it came true so soon.

3. Which performance was the most memorable during the tour?

-Yujin: Everywhere we went, Dive’s energy and sing-alongs made every stage special, so it’s hard to choose just one. But if I must, performing with a full live band for the first time was a highlight.

4. What was it like performing at festivals like 'Lollapalooza' and 'Summer Sonic 2024'?

-Rei: It was an honor to represent K-pop at such global festivals. The energy and excitement were different from a concert, and I was grateful for the audience’s support.

5. What are your future goals as an artist?

-Yujin: I want to show the limitless potential of IVE. There’s so much we haven’t done yet, and we plan to keep ticking things off our bucket list and sharing them with Dive.
