The story takes place in 1998 Busan, when 18-year old Park Se Ri vows to confess her love to her crush. In order to do so, Se Ri devises a plan to straighten out the untamable, curly hair she has lived with all her life. The plan's success depends on a new transfer student, Han Yoon Seok.
Shin Eun Soo has been cast in the role of Park Se Ri, a charming high schooler whose greatest goal in her 18-year old life is to confess to the most popular boy at school. Opposite her, Gong Myung takes on the role of Han Yoon Seok, a mysterious transfer student from Seoul who is 1 year older than everyone else. Next, Cha Woo Min plays the role of Kim Hyun, the most popular boy at Se Ri's school, while Kang Mina joins the cast as Go In Jeong, Se Ri's rival. Finally, Yoon Sang Hyun will take on the role of Paek Sung Rae, Se Ri's reliable desk mate in class.
Directed by Nam Goong Seon and produced by studio behind 'Kim Ji-young, Born 1982', 'My Confession History' will be released through Netflix.
