On September 23rd(KST), JYP Entertainment announced that DAY6 attracted 40,000 fans to their three-day concert series for their third world tour, 'Forever Young,' held at the Incheon Inspire Arena from September 20th to 22nd.
This marks their first solo concert in five months since 'Welcome to the Show' in April and their first world tour in 4 years and 8 months since 'Gravity.' Tickets sold out quickly for this highly anticipated event.
Titled 'Forever Young,' DAY6 reflected on their youthful spirit and shared their wish to stay young at heart, saying, "Our third world tour is about wanting to remain youthful forever. As long as we have passion, youth never truly ends."
DAY6, consisting of Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon, performed a wide range of songs from their rich discography, covering emotions such as excitement, happiness, love, heartbreak, chaos, growth, and healing.
Notable performances included tracks from their latest mini-album 'Band Aid,' including 'Melt Down,' 'Monster,' and fan-favorites 'You Were Beautiful' and 'A Page.' They also performed the comeback track 'Welcome to the Show,' which marked their full group return after a three-year hiatus.
The band emphasized fan interaction by setting up a 360-degree stage, allowing them to connect with fans on all sides. During the encore, the members personally greeted fans from all sections of the arena.
DAY6 expressed their gratitude, saying, "We started out performing in small venues, and now we are here in such a large space, thanks to your love. We will continue to create great music and performances to repay your support."
