On August 28, it was revealed that the girl group Lovelyz is set to reunite in celebration of their 10th anniversary.

A representative from Lovelyz stated, “There hasn’t been anything finalized yet, and discussions are ongoing with the agency.” This response follows a report by JTBC, which claimed that Lovelyz is preparing to release a new song and possibly embark on a tour to mark their decade in the industry.

Lovelyz debuted in 2014 but officially disbanded in 2021 after their contracts with Woollim Entertainment expired. However, the group’s recent appearance on MBC’s ‘Hangout with Yoo’ for the segment ‘Our Festival’ marked their first performance as a full group in three years, drawing a warm response from fans.

Speculation about a reunion further intensified when photos of the Lovelyz members meeting with Woollim Entertainment’s CEO, Lee Joong Yeop, surfaced online.
