Comedian Jo Se Ho is gearing up for his upcoming wedding in October, with close friends Lee Dong Wook and Nam Chang Hee showing their support every step of the way. The trio’s enduring friendship was on full display during Jo Se Ho’s recent wedding photoshoot.
On August 25, Lee Dong Wook and Nam Chang Hee joined Jo Se Ho at a studio in Seoul to celebrate and participate in his wedding photoshoot. Both friends, who have maintained a strong bond with Jo Se Ho over the years, gladly took on the role of groomsmen.
Lee Dong Wook and Jo Se Ho first became close in 2014 while appearing together on the SBS variety show ‘Roommate.’ Since then, their friendship has only grown stronger. Lee Dong Wook previously joked on his YouTube channel ‘Ddeun Ddeun’ that he might not be able to attend Jo Se Ho’s wedding due to his busy schedule. However, true to their close friendship, he made sure to be present for the wedding photoshoot.
In a light-hearted moment last month, Lee Dong Wook jokingly expressed that he hadn’t seen much of Jo Se Ho lately due to the wedding preparations, quipping, “It seems like we won’t be seeing each other much anymore.” Despite the joke, he made sure to be there for Jo Se Ho on his special day.
Nam Chang Hee also made an appearance at the photoshoot, congratulating his longtime friend. Born in 1982, Nam Chang Hee and Jo Se Ho are well-known as best friends in the entertainment industry, having shared a close bond for over 20 years. The duo even formed a ballad group called ‘JoNamJidae’ and pursued a music career together. Nam Chang Hee is set to serve as the MC at Jo Se Ho’s wedding.
Jo Se Ho will marry his non-celebrity girlfriend, who is nine years younger than him, on October 20. His fiancée, born in 1991, works in a corporate job, and the couple is said to have bonded over shared interests, including fashion. They have been dating for a year. Ahead of the wedding, Jo Se Ho has purchased a new home for the couple in a luxury apartment in Yongsan District, Seoul.
When announcing his wedding, Jo Se Ho said, “Since my partner is a non-celebrity, I want to be careful. This is my first time getting married, so it feels new. I’ve received so many congratulations from everyone. I’ll prepare well and live happily. I’ve met a good person, so I’ll do my best.”
