After signing a new contract with YG Entertainment for group activities only at the end of last year, the members of BLACKPINK, who pursued individual activities, are reuniting after two years.

According to their agency on the 22nd, BLACKPINK will release a new album next year and embark on a world tour. 

Before resuming group activities, they will hold a private fan signing event on August 8th, celebrating their 8th anniversary by inviting 88 fans.

Yang Hyun-suk, the executive producer, announced this in a video on the official blog, raising expectations for the group's activities.

Yang revealed, "BLACKPINK will start their comeback and world tour," drawing global fans' attention.

This year, each of the four members has solidified their position as solo artists, and they are determined to captivate the world again next year.

Notably, their last world tour attracted 1.8 million people worldwide, making it the largest K-pop girl group tour ever, which adds to the anticipation for next year's world tour.
