NewJeans is enjoying a prolonged presence on global music charts with their new song 'How Sweet.' The track has maintained a top position on the Billboard Global Songs Chart for three consecutive weeks.
On June 19 KST, Billboard announced the latest chart rankings. NewJeans' title track from their double single 'How Sweet' secured the 21st position on the 'Global' (excluding the U.S.) chart and the 28th on the 'Global 200' chart.
'How Sweet' initially entered the charts at 7th and 15th, respectively. Another track from the single, 'Bubble Gum,' ranked 44th and 77th on the same charts.
Domestically, NewJeans also demonstrated their power on the music charts. 'How Sweet' has held the 2nd place position on Melon, Genie, and Bugs weekly charts for three consecutive weeks. 'Bubble Gum' also performed well, reaching 3rd place on Melon.
NewJeans is set to debut in Japan on June 21 with their single 'Supernatural,' marking the beginning of their activities there. On June 17 KST, they pre-released the music video for 'Right Now,' a track from the single.
