Na Young Suk PD sheds tears after the cast members of 'Earth Arcade's Vroom Vroom' succeed at his birthday prank

The cast members of the tvN variety program 'Earth Arcade's Vroom Vroom' pulled the best birthday prank on Na Young Suk PD!
On the June 7 KST broadcast, the cast members including Lee Eun Ji, Lee Young Ji, and Oh My Girl's Mimi learned the moves to IVE's "Heya" from maknae Yujin to film some short form contents.
While practicing, Lee Young Ji said to Lee Eun Ji, "Unnie, you don't actually want to do this, do you?"
She continued, "If you don't want to, you don't have to."
Lee Eun Ji then replied, raising her voice, "It's not that I don't want to do it? Why are you rubbing me the wrong way today?"
Hearing this, the filming crew lowered their cameras and stated, "Let's take a break for a little bit."
The filming crew then gave the girls some space to talk things over, but the program's main producer, Na Young Suk PD, went to check on them. He asked Lee Eun Ji, "Are you guys arguing?" He then quietly asked Mimi to act as a middle man before heading out.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Lee Young Ji and Yujin began pulling out the birthday cake. It turned out, the whole thing was a prank planned by the cast members for Na PD's birthday!
While Na PD talked things out(?) quietly with Lee Eun Ji, who had relocated to a different room, the younger girls lit the cake with candles. Lee Eun Ji soon brought Na PD back to the main yard, where the girls appeared with the cake and exclaimed, "He totally fell for it!"
Finally realizing that the argument had been a prank, Na Young Suk PD blew out his candles while the girls chattered away excitedly about how the plan had succeeded.
Then Na Young Suk PD began shedding tears, shocking the cast members! The producer's tears were contagious, bringing Lee Eun Ji and Lee Young Ji to tears as well. In the end, the whole crew had a big laugh and celebrated Na PD's first tears(?) on a TV program.

I can understand why Na PD shed some tears once the prank was revealed- he appears to be under a lot of pressure as his production company theeggiscoming grows. He has a lot of salaries to pay and Earth Arcade is one of his most popular current variety shows and this quickly put together spin off vroom vroom was originally meant as a YouTube low effort/low cost show that morphed into a tv broadcast show with an expanded budget. His drama side of the company just took a hit with the announced delayed airing of the hospital playlist spinoff due to the ongoing Dr strike in South Korea and his Jinny’s Kitchen has been hit with the main cast member scandal, the loss of BTS V, and the rumors of him and Mimi being too close. Which means those shows likely are not contributing as much as planned to the bottom line. He seems to be filling the gap with a push for Mechandise sales. So seeing his stars fight and appear to have an ego clash was likely one of his worst fears realized.
