Six members of Noir have reportedly won lawsuits against the label Luk Factory.
According to reports on May 3, 6 members of the idol group Noir have won lawsuits against their former agency Luk Factory to terminate their exclusive contract. The Western District Court reportedly ruled against the label for contract termination and damages suffered by the members.
The 6 Noir members are said to have filed a lawsuit against Luk Factory in 2022 for failing to meet contractual obligations, including not providing stylists and transportation, withholding necessary documentation like financial records, not registering a valid company address, and attempting to transfer their contracts to another agency without their consent.
In response, Luk Factory has filed a counterclaim seeking damages from the 6 members.
Noir is a 9-member boy group that debuted in April of 2018, including Kim Yeon Guk and Yoo Ho Yeon of 'Produce 101' season 2. They've been on hiatus since releasing their fourth album in April of 2020.
