HyunA has opened up about letting go of weight concerns.
On the May 7th episode of 'Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time', HyunA featured as a guest and talked about inspiring confidence in herself after a listener of the radio show wrote in a question. She expressed, "I think a lot about how I want to look, but if you think about it too much, it becomes difficult. I try to act as natural as possible."
HyunA continued, "An album is released once a year. Whenever that happens, I think about 'What do you want to get on stage?' and 'What do you want to show the public?' all year round. Now, I want to do music that I listen to, not music that I see. It's not always good to be strong... I used to do a lot of weightlifting, but I like to go for a walk these days. I enjoy the time to think while walking."
She further shared she feels a lot more relaxed than she did in the past, saying, "I was really obsessive when I was young, but I let it go from my mind. I'm at the highest weight I've ever been since my debut."
In other news, HyunA recently made a comeback with her album 'Attitude' and title song "Q&A".
