Group ONF is set to release their 8th mini album 'BEAUTIFUL SHADOW' today at 6 PM. This is their first release in about 6 months since their 7th mini album 'LOVE EFFECT' last October.

ONF's 8th mini album 'BEAUTIFUL SHADOW' expresses the duality of love shown through light and shadows and the pure love within, in ONF's characteristic lyrical style. Producer Hwang Hyun, who has worked with ONF since their debut, contributed to the album, capturing a unique narrative and an expanded musical world.

The title track ‘Bye My Monster’ is a pop dance song with a classic vibe and a powerful band sound, enriched by quoting the theme of Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2, Movement 3, adding to its grandeur. The song blends lyrical yet powerful vocals and rap with harmony, offering a dramatic immersion.

Additionally, the album includes 'Aphrodite', pondering if the pain of love could be due to Aphrodite's play; 'Breath, Haze & Shadow', a ballad singing of the anxiety of youth with delicate vocals; 'Chemical Type', expressing love for fans by defining their chemical formula as 'ONF'; and 'Slave To The Rhythm', a house track about how music liberates one's day. With a total of 5 tracks, the album showcases a wide music spectrum.

Notably, in this album, member MK contributed to the composition of 'Aphrodite', and Wyatt participated in the lyrics for 3 songs and in both composition and lyrics for ‘Slave To The Rhythm’. This album not only highlights the members' vocal and dance skills but also their musical talents, anticipated to receive a positive response from fans and listeners alike.

Before the release, ONF heated up their solo concert ‘2024 ONF CONCERT [SPOTLIGHT] IN SEOUL’ on the 6th and 7th, premiering the title track ‘Bye My Monster’ and 'Breath, Haze & Shadow'. The album has already been creating buzz through word of mouth from fans who experienced the powerful new song stages live, showing significant reactions on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) real-time trends and various communities.

ONF plans to start their official activities with a release celebration live broadcast on Weverse Live at 10 PM today, and their 8th mini album 'BEAUTIFUL SHADOW' will be available on various music sites at 6 PM.
