aespa's Winter stars in new beverage ad amid recovery from pneumothorax surgery

As aespa's Winter undergoes a rest period following surgery for pneumothorax, a beverage advertisement featuring her as the model has been released.

The advertisement captures Winter replenishing ions and hydration with the beverage in various everyday situations. In the ad, Winter radiates charming, bubbly energy while engaging in diverse activities such as exercising, cooking, playing guitar, and walking her dog. 
She also sang the commercial's jingle, adding a clear and refreshing feel to the ad.

Meanwhile, aespa's Winter recently had surgery for pneumothorax, a condition where air leaks into the space between the lung and chest wall, causing the lung to collapse.

SM Entertainment explained on the 14th, "Given the recurrence-prone nature of the condition, the decision was made after ample discussion for preemptive measures based on medical advice. Future schedules will prioritize Winter’s recovery."

aespa is planning a comeback in May and will start their world tour '2024 aespa Live Tour-SYNC: Parallel Line' with concerts in Seoul on June 29 and 30.
