Former AOA member Yuna has shared the joyful news that she is expecting her first child.
On July 3, Yuna posted a photo of baby items and an ultrasound image on her social media, announcing the happy news that comes one year and five months after her marriage.
She wrote, “My husband and I are so grateful to have been blessed with a beautiful little angel. Watching our baby grow inside me day by day, I’ve been spending such happy moments lately.”
Yuna continued, “It still feels unfamiliar and surreal to think of myself as a mom, but I’m going to take care of both my body and mind and stay healthy until the day we meet our baby.”
She concluded her message with a heartfelt promise: “Let’s live well together, the three of us.”
Yuna was the first among former AOA members to get married, tying the knot with composer Kang Jung Hoon in February last year.
She debuted with AOA in 2012 and left the group in 2021 after her contract with FNC Entertainment ended, continuing her career with solo activities.
Her husband, Kang Jung Hoon, is a well-known composer who has worked on numerous hits, including SISTAR19’s “Ma Boy,” ZE:A’s “Aftermath,” TWICE’s “Heart Shaker,” and ITZY’s “DALLA DALLA” and “WANNABE.”
